The new generation of Inspire Bivvys sets enviable standards of innovation and design. The 2-rib construction results in a lightweight and easy to set up protection. Both versions feature a roll-up peak section, perfect for fast, fair-weather sessions where advanced peak protection is not required. The Pro-Vent system has been used throughout - a large rear vent and 2 additional side vents provide the best 360 degree ventilation. This maximizes airflow, reduces condensation, improves views and keeps you cool in the warmer months. The Pro-Tect heavy-duty zips in the groundsheet prevent insects or water getting in as they run 10cm above the ground. The Inspire Bivvys feature our new, state-of-the-art Pro-Tex fabric, which is breathable, lightweight, extremely durable and waterproof to 20.000mm. The detachable front includes a mosquito net door and windows. The front has been fitted with two zippers that allow for a letterbox style opening and better protection from the elements. The Condensor Wrap supplied with the 1 man bivvy and the full overwrap supplied with the 2 man bivvy have been constructed from a waterproof and highly durable 210D fabric. Offers a water column of 10.000 mm. Combined with the Pro-Tex 20.000mm material, this results in much higher efficiency because the internal bivvy space can breathe effectively. Since the passage of air exchange is greatly reduced by the 210D fabric used on the wraps. This provides a much slower and more progressive air exchange. This dramatically insulates the inside air from the outside air, creating a superior insulating barrier. This process significantly reduces the formation of moisture and condensation. The system can be further optimized in conjunction with the Pro-Vent system by keeping the vents open on warm and wet days.
