Following in the footsteps of the Inspire Bivvys. The Avenger bivvy shares many of the same design cues. By using slightly different material specifications, they are very affordable without losing their functionality. The 2-rib construction resulted in a lightweight and easy to mount protection. Both versions feature a roll-up construction in the front roof area, perfect for short sessions in fair weather where extended protection is not required. The Pro-Vent system was used throughout. A large rear vent and 2 additional side vents provide the best 360 degree ventilation. This maximizes airflow, reduces condensation, increases the view and keeps you cooler in the warmer months. The robust groundsheet prevents insects or water from entering and can be easily attached with a Velcro fastener. The Avenger Bivvys use our 210D material (double coated): lightweight, extremely durable and waterproof to 10.000mm. The front door features a mosquito mesh window and two zippered doors that allow for a letterbox style opening and greater protection from the elements. A condenser wrap is included with the 1 man bivvy. A full overwrap is included with the 2 man bivvy. Both offer a hydrostatic head of 10.000mm using 210D fabric (double coated). Combined, it offers much higher efficiency as it allows the internal bivvy cabin to breathe effectively. Since the air exchange is greatly reduced. This provides a much slower and more progressive air exchange. This dramatically insulates the indoor air from the outside air temperature and creates an excellent barrier. This process significantly reduces the formation of moisture and condensation. This system can be further optimized when used with the Pro-Vent system by keeping the vents open on warm and wet days.
