The Super Wide Gape was born out of many long discussions with our team anglers and many other very experienced anglers. The idea behind this is to make the hook arc as wide as possible when constructing a rig as this will result in more hooked carp. That's why wide gapes are the favorite hook models of many anglers. And we've now designed a hook with an even wider arc than our already hugely popular wide gapes and stiff rig hooks. Discover the "Super Wide Gape" - a hook with a long sweeping curve, a super sharp inturned point and a wider arc than any hook we've ever used before. Testing has shown that this hook hooks incredibly well on even the simplest of rigs. With such a wide arc, the tip of the hook is so exposed that once the carp has sucked in the hook, it can hardly spit it out without being hooked. This way you don't have to worry as much about your rig mechanics and you can fully concentrate on finding the right spot for your rig.
