The Avid Carp ACR12000 reel is the result of a two year development process that has led us to the perfect combination of balance, power and durability.

The ACR12000 features a long, tapered spool with a slow spool stroke. The length of the spool minimizes friction when casting and the slow spool stroke guarantees perfect line lay. The combination of these two properties ensure effortless throwing and the ability to reach greater distances. The 7 stainless steel ball bearings and the ball-bearing line roller enable an absolutely smooth, balanced run and extend the service life and durability.

The ACR12000 is equipped with a fast front drag system that allows you to go from freewheel to combat mode in one turn. A CNC milled aluminum handle with a soft, ergonomic rubber surface offers a secure grip even when wet. With a large boom, stainless steel spool axis, durable body and rotor, the ACR12000 won't let you down in any situation.
