Invictus Carp CS-2. The Invictus CS-2 is based on the blank of the Catapult CS-4. This has been specifically optimized to get even more throwing power and power reserves. In addition, the handpiece has been reinforced with a new carbon mesh, which provides approx. 13% more strength “on top”. In order to increase the resilience when throwing, we use the 10ft. and 12ft. Models (up to 3,25lbs.) very light and slim “Minima” rod rings. This noticeably reduces the “ringing” of the blank, which in turn has a positive effect on casting accuracy. At the 12ft. 3,75lbs. and every 13ft. Models are fitted with slim, heat-dissipating SIC rings from Seaguide. With the exception of the three “Boat” models, all rods have a 50mm starting ring (“Boat” 30mm). In addition, a FUJI TVS reel seat and an extra slim, continuous and non-slip “full shrink” were installed on the handle.
