Our new C-Series SC offers the same fantastic performance figures as our C-Series combined with style and features you would only expect in premium rods and is a truly outstanding choice in the carp rod world. SC stands for "Slim Cork" and the range has been enhanced with a number of technical advances and component upgrades to really make it stand out. Beautifully balanced and well finished, the super slim blank is extremely responsive and offers two different rod actions - the AR model is an all-round semi-parabolic action, while the XD model is designed for fast, precise and powerful long-distance casting. Two piece, three piece and Com-Pact versions are available to give the angler the rod to suit their personal fishing style.
All 12' and 13' models in the series are fitted with 50mm lightweight MM-Series Performance guides (40mm guides on the 10' and Com-Pact versions) which are protected by Anti -Tangle top rings to be added. The slim, high-modulus blank features an anti-reflective finish with a subtle look that blends seamlessly from the 1K winding to the Inspire-style machine-cut reel seat. A comfortable and secure rod hold is provided by an ultra slim and stylish cork wrap with a rubberised, thicker section at the end of the rod.
Completing the C-Series SC is the 12ft 5lb combined spod and marker rod, which features a finely tuned XD action with particular attention paid to responsiveness. The rod is capable of casting large loads with ease and efficiency while being responsive and sensitive enough to give the angler every hidden detail of the lake bed when plumbing and finding structure.
