It is never an easy task to develop a premium rod series that meets the demands of modern feeder fishing. The Supera X-Series took over two years to develop, but the finished product is simply superb!

We stopped counting the number of test specimens tested by Des Shipp and Lee Kerry before finally settling on the finished design. We firmly believe that this rod series is the best we have ever made.

A key component of the Supera X-Series is the X-Wrap carbon braid. This super strong wrap reduces the overall diameter of the blank while providing an epic fish and casting action - a simply outstanding technical achievement.

All models are equipped with Minima guides, which reduce weight and, thanks to the larger diameter, provide additional distance with every cast.

Like all our premium rods, the Supera X are fitted with flat EVA/cork handles which have been finished with the Supera X logo embossed into the material.

9ft Supera X Feeder

A superb rod for the shorter, precise casts and close range fishing commonly practiced on commercial venues and ponds. The soft, progressive bending curve is distributed seamlessly and harmoniously over the entire blank, ideal for taming strong fish and avoiding fish losses and dropouts.

10ft Supera X Feeder

Due to the progressive, parabolic action, the 10ft model is ideal for all fish species and sizes, especially at close range and under the rod tip. This rod is ideal for casting up to 30m and has proven to be Des Shipps favorite model for commercials and carp fishing.

Supera X 12ft Feeder

Designed for casting distances in excess of 60m, this rod has a powerful, progressive action that is ideal for casting larger and heavier feeders. It has proven to be Lee Kerry's favorite model for a variety of fishing styles and distances. The three-piece design allows for a seamless flex of the blank and prevents the hook from ripping just short of the landing net.
