Centron Leader Line Leader lines are usually spooled on small spools. The result is twisting, slight notching and, due to the small coil core, an increased "memory effect". With high-performance cords, these loads have fatal consequences: the cords lose a great deal of their breaking strain. Their twisting causes a significant twisting effect of the copolymer, resulting in the unwelcome wig formation of the leaders. The "PWS Parallel Winding System" from DEGA finally makes a breakthrough: The spool core is larger than average and the cords are laid exactly parallel to one hundred percent, so that there can be no twisting or notching. DEGA is one of the few suppliers that spools leader lines using the new PWS process - for more safety and more success! Centron Fluor Carbon invisible: The light refraction factor is almost the same as that of water. Fluor Carbon is heavier than water and sinks faster than conventional monofilament lines. It doesn't drift as quickly, which means smaller line loops in the water and a safer hook, even over longer distances.
