What is chirp? A conventional sonar sends out a single frequency pulse at a time. A CHIRP sonar (Compressed High Intensity Radiated Pulse) sends out a continuous frequency flow from low to high. Because of this, the sonar readings are much clearer and have a higher resolution compared to traditional sonars.
EXTREME DEEP PRECISION With CHIRP + 2, surface disturbance and noise are minimal, so you can expect precise sonar readings in very shallow water and locate fish up to six inches from the surface of the water. You can even distinguish bumps on the bottom of the water at a depth of up to 15 m.
BATHYMETRIC MAP CREATION. Create your own maps and access all of your scans, maps, POIs, photos and notes through the Fish Deeper ™ app and web platform.
USER FRIENDLY APP. See fish, vegetation, soil structure, contour, hardness and consistency. The Fish Deeper ™ app includes water temperature and depth, different color palettes to display, optional icons, sonar sensitivity settings and a traditional ice flasher.
