The new WFT SALT & Big Fish
The new WFT Oversized baitcasting reel. Especially suitable for “jerking” with large baits but also ideally suited for ultra-light deep sea fishing. With 8kg +, almost twice as much braking force is available as with conventional baitcasting reels.
Nothing slips through unintentionally, even with strong blows, and big fish can be directed without any problems.
The SUPER HIGH SPEED A ratio of 1: 7.1 results in a line draw-in of 80cm per crank turn.
The large spool takes 220m of 0.30mm line !!
And all of this with a weight of only 230g.

Due to the size, however, there was also more installation space available, which we used for an extra large and powerful gearbox. The extra long crank makes it easier to bring in large fish from greater water depths.
