This 7 inch filleting knife is built from high quality materials. The blade is made of German stainless steel of special quality and is coated with DuPont ™ Teflon® to increase corrosion resistance and to be able to pull the knife effortlessly through the fillet. The handle has an ergonomic comfort design with durable polypropylene so that it lies soft and non-slip in the hand. The scope of delivery includes a durable, rigid safety sheath with thumb lock and cord cutting channel.
