Korda Eazi Stik 25mm boilies

The development of a throwing stick was new territory for Korda at the time, after all we had specialized in rig accessories up to that point. But Danny Fairbrass had good reasons to push the development of the Eazi Stick. Danny was then able to try the Eazi Stick for the first time at the "Shimano Linear fisheries" in Oxford. "I was amazed at how light it was," Danny recalls. "Most importantly, it worked great."
Frank Warwick, a self-confessed long-distance guru, was instrumental in the development of the Eazi Stick. His competence and expertise are of great value to Korda.

The lower part of the Eazi Stick, from the handle up, is characterized by a long straight shape. That means: The boilie covers a long distance before it leaves the throwing tube. This in turn gives the boilie a higher speed and allows longer casts. Extensive tests have shown that the angler does not have to pay for this large casting distance with a greater use of force.

At the upper end, i.e. in the direction of the outlet opening, the Eazi Stick has its typical J-shape, which we call “bend in the end”. This shape is crucial for the outstanding performance of the Eazi Stick, because it increases the backspin effect of the boilie. Backspin means: The boilie rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the side. This movement causes the boilie to rise in flight, which means that the boilie flies further.

The handle of the Eazi Stick has a non-slip coating that guarantees an optimal grip in the throwing hand. A throwing stick that doesn't twist in your hand guarantees straight throws. We tried to keep this grip as slim as possible. This prevents the premature fatigue of your forearm, which occurs when using throwing sticks from other manufacturers. The handle is around 20 centimeters long, which offers space for throws with both hands.

The Eazi Stick is made from ultra-lightweight polycarbon plastic, which saves the angler's energy. This is a big advantage compared to throwing sticks from other manufacturers. However, you should be careful not to hit the ground with the Eazi Stick when throwing, as this would damage the stick. The Eazi Stick should also not be exposed to temperatures of over 25 degrees for an unnecessarily long time, as this could deform the plastic. Well, here in England we only have such temperatures on a maximum of four days a year anyway.
