A very sharp, reliable hook that we've eliminated barbs from.
Thanks to its outwardly curved eye, it is suitable for the very popular chod rig as well as many other pop-up presentations. Due to its inwardly curved tip, the hook finds a very good hold in the fish's mouth. Carp find it very difficult to get rid of the Choddy B.

The hinged stiff rig, as used by top anglers like Adam Penning, Terry Hearn and Nigel Sharp, is also great for the Choddy B. The eye bent outwards prevents the arc of the hook from being unnecessarily reduced, which benefits the secure hold in the fish's mouth.

The Choddy B can also be used for traditional stiff rigs, either in combination with our new bristlefilament hooklink material or IQ Fluorocarbon material. Our tip: experiment a little with different stiff rig assemblies. Worth it. When used correctly, stiff rigs can be extremely efficient.
